Dean is a founding Director of Quadrant People Resources and an experienced HR executive with a strong business focus and excellent relationship building skills.

He has extensive experience in HR and IR strategic and operational roles including almost 10 years at (BHP) Port Kembla Steelworks during a period of major restructuring, change and investment.  He headed up management development across BHP globally with responsibility for leadership development programs.  At BHP Petroleum he continued to have substantial experience in organisational and management development roles.  As General Manager of HR for Melbourne Water he played a major role in 'commercialising' the newly formed organisation achieving significant innovation, restructuring, new systems implementation, a voluntary reduction of staff and a refocused Executive.

As General Manager HR for Rocklea Spinning Mills (a national manufacturer), he built enhanced HR systems and processes that maintained line manager leadership, had leadership of Health and Safety and championed operational performance and the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.

He leads Quadrant’s search activity across manufacturing, supply chain, and general industry. 

He is also the principal consultant for Quadrant’s outplacement support services.

His focus is to provide practical and effective solutions that deliver improved (and measurable) business outcomes.

Lisa Wood is an accomplished senior Human Resources (HR) professional with a strong grounding in change management and leadership development.

She has extensive experience leading teams and collaborating with business leaders to create people capability solutions that drive business performance. 

Lisa has worked in Australia and New Zealand, Europe, US and Asia; serving companies across the banking and finance, telecommunications, technology, health, arts, retail, engineering and mining industries, not for profit organisations and government. Formerly a senior HR Executive at NAB and General Manager HR for the Bank of New Zealand, she has successfully worked in and with leadership teams, developing and implementing sustainable, practical people strategies globally and nationally.

Glenn has over 20 years post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management at Senior and General Management level, having worked with large and medium sized Companies in Mining (BHP) automotive (Toyota) , Manufacturing (Amcor, Australian Paper) and B2B wholesale distribution (OfficeMax).  Currently, Principal of GWM Associates, and providing valued support to organisations.

He has actively participated as a member of Leadership teams and has led Human Resources functions to deliver people strategies aligned to Business Outcomes.

His primary activities have been in Employee Relations (both planning and negotiations) and Organisational Development (organisational design, leadership development and productivity improvements). He has also had accountability to lead quality, safety and environment systems.

He has achieved success by being an effective business partner with senior executives and through hisinfluencing style and being a valued team player.
