Scott Rojko

Scott heads up the team and is the founding Director of our business. He is a senior practitioner and high level thinker and planner. He is also an avid networker who has successfully introduced an online strategy for recruiting purposes. Prior to co-founding Quadrant, Scott held a range of senior recruitment, training and operational roles in Australia and the UK. 

Scott holds a MBA, is an ACU science graduate and has worked first hand on Construction sites throughout his years in his family’s commercial concreting business.

Marc Giffening

Marc has been with Quadrant Engineering for over 12 months and was recently promoted to an Executive Director due to his work ethic & results in that time. His main goals are to grow the business, whilst continuing to provide high level search options to his exclusive client base.

Since joining Quadrant, Marc has formed strong relationships at tier one level where he has placed senior executive staff in various roles from design (or front end) through to delivery. These relationships were strengthened through Marc’s ability to understand his clients business and provide them with various talent solutions.

Prior to QE, Marc was Engineering Manager with Command Recruitment Group. Within that division Marc managed up to 10 consultants that handled everything from Civil Construction through to Property / Valuations, and everything in between. All up Marc has over 6 years experience in construction recruitment, working with 1st, 2nd & 3rd tier clients, as well as leading fit out firms around the country.

Marc has a great network of candidates in construction at the senior level, and uses these relationships to continuously provide his clients with the best possible candidates for each role.

Ben Gaskell

Ben is a specialist recruiter in the infrastructure sector with over 5 years experience spanning Australia and the UK. During this time he has worked with some of world’s largest construction and engineering organisations providing staff across all levels to meet corporate and project needs.

Ben has successfully delivered a number of recruitment campaigns for major rail and infrastructure clients in the UK and Australia, utilising his extensive networks to attract candidates with specialist technical skills from local and overseas markets. He is a Monash University graduate, holding an honours degree in Commerce with majors in Management and HR.

Ben specialises in mid to senior level appointments in the Rail and Civil sectors working with both generalist and industry-specific contractor, consultancy and client-side organisations.

Alliance Project Manager

One of Victoria's largest infrastructure contractors is working with Quadrant Engineering on a major infrastructure project, and Quadrant is placing an experienced Alliance Project Manager. 

Our client is one of Australia's largest and most influential contractors; they are a market leader with interests in a diverse variety of complex infrastructure projects in the Road, Rail, Water, Marine and Rail sectors with most projects up to and in excess of $2 billion. 

Your local knowledge and experience will be utilised as you will be required to liaise with clients, alliance partners, consulting engineers and of course sub contractors. You will be reporting directly to the Project Director who will offer any assistance or advice as the case arises. 

As an Alliance Manager you will have relevant qualifications in civil engineering and experience in Roads & Rail with a commitment to a safe and healthy work environment.

Quadrant Engineering continues to build successful strategic relationships with commercial and infrastructure contractors across Australia. 

We made a strategic decision to align ourselves with businesses that we identified would benefit the most from the Federal Government's economic stimulus package. 

In commercial building these clients have been successful in winning a large percentage of tenders including construction of sportsgrounds, schools, community facilities, tafes, universities and defence housing projects. These projects form part of the Federal Government $42 billion nation-building plan, announced in February, included money for "shovel-ready" projects, particularly council-initiated projects. 

In infrastructure we have also aligned with Australia's largest infrastructure contractors. These companies are currently involved in design phases of the major projects in the Road, Water, Marine and Rail sectors with projects up to and in excess of $2 billion.
