Quadrant is a search and selection Company. We discreetly and strategically seek out candidates that meet the roles and requirements defined by our clients, and approach them discreetly about their willingness to move.

Quadrant does not advertise either roles nor candidates, preferring to focus on locating candidates according to client briefs. Our policy is people, not volume. Quadrant does not place fake - or 'bait' -  ads to fill our candidate base, which is a common practice across the recruitment industry.

Quadrant does not present our clients with a high volume of candidates. We undertake all due diligence, checks, and interviews and present our clients with one or two choices - all fitting the brief, interested in the role and project, and ready to start. If they are not, they simply are not presented to our clients.

Our Directors leverage our personal and professional networks, we know the industry intimately, and we know the qualifications and experience required to complete the roles.

We locate candidates from a range of sources, which include keeping a watching brief on the overall market and projects, developing face-to-face and online contacts, following up recommendations or referrals, and networking intensely.
