Quadrant Human Resources does not do volume recruit and we do not advertise - we search and select according to our clients' requirements and present only the best candidates for placement. Our clients typically will only meet two or three candidates - all suitable for the role.  Clients can then make their choice secure in the knowledge that the people in front of them are skilled, qualified, experienced and can not only undertake the role, but excel in it.

We work closely with our clients to meet agreed outcomes of quality, timeliness and shared client / candidate expectation.  While requirements do of course vary, our clients understand that successful search can take time and careful, discreet work.

Seeking The Best People

When Quadrant HR receives a client brief, we go through the following stages:

  • Detailed review of brief, including the position on offer, requirements from a candidate, a salary package or range, geographical considerations, and finalisation of role description.
  • Commencement of search and selection process.
  • We are reguarly in touch with our clients and hold regular briefing meetings to review the portfolio of roles and placement progress.
  • Candidate interviews, resume reviews, and referee, qualification and other background checks.
  • Referee reports - comprehensive.
  • Feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Final presentation of recommendations to client.
  • Assistance with offer and final placement process.
  • One, three and six month reviews with both the client and candidate to track progress.
