Quadrant Engineering - Scott Rojko

Scott is the founding Director of Quadrant Engineering. He is a senior practitioner and high-level strategic thinker and planner. Scott is also an avid networker who has very successfully tapped into a range of online networks for recruiting purposes.

Prior to co founding QE, Scott held a range of senior recruitment, training and operational roles in Australia and the UK and has repeatedly met or exceeded targets in achieving candidate appointments, streamlining operations, implementing training programs and compliance requirements.

Scott holds a MBA, is an ACU science graduate and has undertaken specialist training in Workplace Training and Assessment.
