Our clients typically will only meet two or three candidates - all suitable for the role and background checks complete - and can then make their choice secure in the knowledge that the people in front of them are skilled, qualified, experienced and can not only undertake the role, but excel in it.

Because we are a high-level and often complex sales solution people provider, we work closely with our clients to ensure the right fit and work to a range of timeframes. While Company requirements do of course vary, our clients understand that this style of people resourcing can take time and careful, discreet work. However, most of our clients are repeat clients, which speaks to the success of our methodologies.

Seeking The Best People

When Quadrant Sales & Marketing receives a client brief, we go through the following stages:

  • Detailed review of brief, including the position on offer, requirements from a candidate, a salary package or range, geographical considerations, and finalisation of role description.
  • Commencement of search and selection process.
  • We are reguarly in touch with our clients and often hold regular briefing meetings to review the portfolio of roles and placement progress.
  • Candidate interviews, resume reviews, and referee, qualification and other background checks.
  • Final presentation of recommendations to client.
  • Upon client approval, Quadrant Engineering advises the candidates of the client company's identity and arranges client / candidate interviews.
  • Manage the final placement process.
  • One, three and six month reviews with both the client and candidate to track progress.
