Dean Courtenay and Russell Fakira gave the attached presentation to invited guests at The Bureaux's Melbourne Centre on 19th May.

 

The response was very positive with attendees very keen to understand the metrics and data provided by the speakers.

The core of the presentation was that organisations are facing three challenges:

  • Challenge 1 - Despite the downturn, we still face a talent shortage
  • Challenge 2 - Employee performance has been declining (more are dis-engaged, turnover is increasing for best people and leader effort has dropped)
  • Challenge 3 - Effective management of restructuring with outplacement is very important
